About Chathurya
Chathurya Sandabarana is a singer who grew up in Tangalle, on Sri Lanka's southern coast. Singing is the centre of her work, and she has performed at a great many shows, concerts and events.
She sang Hithala Wanniye in the Blind Auditions of The Voice Sri Lanka, a performance selected for The Voice Global's "Best of the Week" in January 2021, representing Sri Lanka internationally. She released her single Sayam Heene, and recorded Amma Tharam Akka with her sisters Chathurtha and Tharanya. She has sung on the Handawaka concert stage, and appears on screen in the 2026 Sinhala film Man Hoyanne Premayak.

In the Blind Auditions of The Voice Sri Lanka, Season 1, where the coaches listen with their backs turned and choose on the strength of the voice alone, Chathurya sang Hithala Wanniye, then went through to The Battles, where she sang Dadubasnamanaya. Her journey continued into the Knockouts and the Live Shows.
